BOverview
The WT-6035T is a three-chuck, heavy-duty pipe laser cutting machine for tubes up to 12 m long, offered from 3 to 12 kW, with zero-tailing design, bevel cutting and semi-automatic loading. It is the machine in the range for long, heavy tube and for weld-prep ends.
Three chucks support a long tube along its length, which is the reason this class of machine exists. Bevel cutting covers V, X, Y and K shapes and angles up to ±45°. Loading and unloading is semi-automatic, so the operator isn't lifting every length by hand. We deliberately keep numbers off this page for the loading weights and clamping sizes, because the figures we hold for the model don't agree. The quotation fixes them against your tube.
Say your work is long structural tube with welded ends. Then bevel and loading matter at least as much as power. Say instead that you cut short lengths in volume. Then a three-chuck 12 m machine is more machine than the job needs.

DFeatures
- Three chucks to support long, heavy tubes.
- Zero-tailing design.
- V, X, Y and K bevel cuts, with ±45° bevels.
- Semi-automatic loading and unloading.
- Offered from 3 kW to 12 kW; maximum tube length 12 m.
EWhere it is used
- Long tube up to 12 m, where the tube would sag or whip without a middle chuck.
- Weld preparation: ends cut with a bevel so the joint is ready to weld without a separate bevelling step.
- Work with heavy tube, where loading and unloading by hand would slow the machine down.
- Buyers planning automation. A tube-cutter buying guide lists loading, unloading, edge detection and nesting among the common automation features and notes that for companies with large-volume orders, a loading system can reduce manual handling. See Bodor's tube cutter guide.

Send the tube you cut and we confirm these items for this machine in the quotation:
- Tube section and clamping range. Website template values are listed in the parameter table; the quotation confirms the range against your section drawing.
- Wall thickness and cutting speed. Depend on material, power and configuration; confirmed in the quotation.
- Laser source, controller and cutting head. Fixed in the quotation for the configuration you order.
- Machine footprint and weight. Website template values are listed in the parameter table; the installation drawing comes with the quotation.
GFAQ
Which bevel shapes does the WT-6035T cut?
V, X, Y and K, with bevels up to ±45°. The bevel page draws the sections.
Is the loading fully automatic?
No, it's semi-automatic. Loading and unloading of tubes is assisted, not unattended. We don't state loading weights or bundle sizes here; they are confirmed in the quotation.
Why three chucks and not two?
A third chuck supports a long tube between the ends. The chuck configuration page compares two, three and four chucks without drowning you in numbers.
What is the difference between this and the WT-12035T?
Same 12 m length. The WT-6035T has three chucks and is offered up to 12 kW; the WT-12035T has four chucks and is offered up to 20 kW.
Can I send tube for a test cut first?
Yes, free proofing is available on request. The sample service page says what to send; include your longest length and the bevel you need.
What do I need to send for a quotation?
The section drawing of your tube, the longest length, the material, and the wall thickness range. The price page lists what moves a quotation.
